(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 294 (b), 341, 324, 307, 336 and 506(ii) of I.P.C in Cr. No.751 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was surrendered before the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore on 19.11.2020.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
