O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks speedy investigation on his complaint dated 21.05.2024 which has been registered in Crime No.97 of 2024 by the respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the complaint of cheating, creation of fabricated documents received from the petitioner herein. The disputed documents submitted by the complainant has to be forwarded for forensic analysis. He further submits that on receipt of the report from the forensic expert investigation will proceed further.

3. Considering the nature of the complaint and the course of investigation to be completed, this Court is not inclined to fix any upper limit for completion of investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
