ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents not to evict the petitioners from the land in S.No.436/5 an extent of 1.50 acres at Mullichetti Patti/Sakaraichettipatti, Thinapatti Post, Thumbi Padi, Kadayampadi Taluk, Salem District without following the due process of law.

3. It is submitted by the learned Govt. Advocate appearing for the respondents that the petitioners are in fact, encroachers and they would remove the encroachments following due process of law.

4. Recording the same, the writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
