The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the dismissal of the application in I.A.No.229 of 2013, which was filed under Sections 10, 11 and 151 C.P.C. for stay of the suit O.S.No.167 of 2010 till the disposal of the C.R.P.No.1847 of 2008 pending in this Court. The stay granted by this Court was not subsequently extended and trial in O.S.No.167 of 2010 was proceeded further and it is in part heard stage. In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 22.02.2018 kj To The District Munsif, Vridhachalam.
