ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2023.

On perusal of the representation dated 18.12.2023, it is revealed that the petitioner made allegations as against the members of the second respondent Devasthanam.

On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that so far, no complaint has been received from the petitioner as against the second respondent.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is at liberty to file fresh complaint before the first respondent and on receipt of the same the first respondent is directed to deal with the complaint on merits and in accordance with law.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
