The prayer sought for in the Writ Petition is to call for the records relating to the Clause 41(i) of the prospectus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

issued by the third respondent for M.B.B.S. Admission 2014-2015 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to grant admission to M.B.B.S. Course 2014-2015 in any one of the Government Medical Colleges to the petitioner daughter J.Keerthana under Descendants of Freedom Fighters Quota.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
