This Civil Revision has been filed under Article 227 Constitution of India, to direct the Sub-Court, Poonamallee to dispose of I.A.No.797 of 2014 in O.S.No.250 of 1999 expeditiously within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is a Senior Citizen. Considering the narrow scope of the prayer, the learned Principal District Judge,Tiruvallur is hereby directed to send the necessary records to the Sub-Judge, Poonamallee within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the learned Sub-Judge, Poonamallee is directed to dispose of the application in I.A.No.797/2014, on merits in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
