ORDER

Today, the case is listed under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by Mr.Silambanan, learned Senior Advocate for petitioner that as a matter of fact, the Temple have already filed a suit in O.S.159 of 2025 at Subordinate Court, Palladam, for declaration.

3. Mr.N.R.R.Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent would submit that he has no instructions on the above suit.

4. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that as directed by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2025, the registration of sale deed though was to be completed within a period of twelve weeks, in view of the fact that parties have been under the 2/4

impression that pendency of the suit would have a bearing, the said exercise was kept in abeyance.

5. This Court is of the view that assuming that the submission of Mr.Silambanan, learned Senior Advocate is right, it is always open to the petitioner to bring to the notice of the pendency of the suit and its bearing on the petitioner's request for registration of the sale deed, which shall be considered and orders passed, in accordance with law, after affording the petitioner and all other interested parties a reasonable opportunity of hearing by the respondents herein. The above exercise shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The order dated 24.11.2025 remains undisturbed except to the extent clarified above.
