The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the issue involved is, with respect to a lease given to them by the Tamil Nadu Tourism Development Corporation Limited. The challenge in the writ petition is with regard to the demand of the escalated lease amount. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that they had paid the demand, as per the impugned order and also had surrendered the possession, in view of end of the lease period, to the respondent on 30.09.2018. In view of the above development, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
