Respondents Prayer : The Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.10.2020 in accordance with law by providing ADEQUATE POLICE PROTECTION to cultivate the land in Survey No.195/1A and 195/2A, measuring about 2.45.1/2 Acres situated in Mandala Nayanagunda Village, Thirupathur Taluk, Thirupathur District as per the order of the First respondent herein made in Na.Ka.A.2953/2020 dated 06.08.2020 to secure the ends of justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed with a prayer to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner by providing adequate Police protection to cultivate the land.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint on 14.10.2020. On receipt of the same, the third respondent issued a CSR No.232 of 2020. Thereafter, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent, enquiry was conducted and closed on 26.10.2020.

3. Recording the above submissions, this Court finds that this petition is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate forum as against the 4th respondent in the manner known to law, if he so advised. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed. The connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
