This Testamentary Original Suit has been filed seeking Letters of Administration with the Will annexed to be granted in favour of the plaintiff having effect throughout the State of Tamil Nadu.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submitted that this Testamentary Original Suit is not pressed as the same Will is in question in another Testamentary Original Suit in TOS.No.80 of 2024.

3. In view of the above submission, this Testamentary Original Suit is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
