When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that the matter has been amicably settled before the Mediator and a settlement agreement dated 30.10.2025 signed by both the parties along with their respective counsel was placed before the Mediator and a Mediation report has been submitted in line with the Settlement Agreement.

In the light of the above development, this application is disposed of in terms of the Mediation report and the settlement agreement dated 30.10.2025.
