This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to cancel the illegal EB connection bearing No.573-005-174 which stands in the name of the fifth respondent from the petitioner's property.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that without going into the

merits of the case, this Court may permit the petitioner to file a civil suit against the private respondents in the manner known to law.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to file a civil suit against the private respondents in the manner known to law.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
