Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order bearing No.1426/E1/12 dated 22.12.2015 on the file of the respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent to appoint the petitioner in the post of Machine Operator Grade-II.

ORDER
The petitioner herein was called for an interview for filling up the post of Machine Operator Grade II in Leather Technology Training Centre at Tharamani and accordingly, he appeared for interview on 15.10.2014 and thereafter, practical test on 19.01.2015. As the petitioner was not communicated with regard to any further proceedings, the petitioner, having submitted a representation dated 23.06.2015, approached this Court by filing W.P.No.36309 of 2015 complaining in-action on the part of respondent in not considering his representation dated 23.06.2015. In view of the same, this Court, by an order directed the respondent to consider the said representation submitted by the petitioner. It was pursuant to the said order passed by this Court, the respondent considered the representation dated 23.06.
2015 submitted by the petitioner and passed an order dated 22.12.2015, informing the petitioner that he is not qualified for the post of Machine Operator Grade II and also failed in operating the leather machines and therefore, his case was not considered. It is aggrieved by the said order dated 22.12.2015, the petitioner approached this Court by filing the present writ petition. 2.
the requisite qualification prescribed for the post in question. It is also further stated that in terms of the relevant Rules, the qualifications required for the post of Machine Operator Grade II, is an Industrial Training Institute Certificate, but the petitioner does not possess that qualification, and the qualification that is possessed by the petitioner is a diploma in leather technology which is not the qualification prescribed for the post and also further stated that the petitioner failed in the practical test that was conducted on 19.01.2015.

A perusal of the relevant Rules prescribing the qualification for the post in question, makes it clear that an Industrial Training Institute Certificate is only the qualification prescribed along with National Grade Certificate /National Apprenticeship Training Certificate in leather Goods manufacturing for the post in question.
4.Admittedly, the petitioner does not possess any of the qualifications that are prescribed for the post in question. In view of the same, the reasons assaigned in the impugned order cannot be found fault with. 3/5
Admittedly, the petitioner does not possess the requisite qualification for the post in question.
5.In view of the same, this Court does not find any error or illegality in the impugned order passed by the respondent and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
