This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28554 of 2023 on 21.12.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and also directed to report before the trial Court on every hearings without fail.
