3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14400 of 2024, dated 24.06.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
