This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3, to make it mandatory for all the bidders / intended tenderers of the Notification https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

SE.MA.THO.E/2874/ OPPPANTHAPULLI/ 2014 to submit the No Objection Certificates obtained from the landlords / landowners in which place the bar is to be run, along with the filled in Tender Application forms.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, submitted that in respect of the issue involved in this writ petition, a detailed order has already been passed by this Court, and pursuant to the same, subsequent tender has also taken place and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
