ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.195 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.5926 of 2023.

3. In view of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this petition. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the Final Report filed before the Court below, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 20.07.2023 Index : yes/no 2/4
