ORDER
This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12105 of 2026 by order dated 13.05.2026.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court by order dated 13.05.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.12105 of 2026, directed the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, to consider the petitioner bail application, preferably on the same day of his surrender in connection with Crime No.149 of 2026, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. He further submitted that, due to vacation, the petitioner was unable to surrender before the Jurisdictional Court and hence, he filed this present petition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 & 2 strongly opposed the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner is voluntarily not surrendering before the jurisdictional Court and prayed for dismissal of this petition.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submissions made by both sides, this Court is inclined to grant two weeks time for the petitioner to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.
5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
