ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed by the writ petitioner, to call for records in Na.Ka. 21620/2015 A1 dated 25/02/2016 from the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same and direct the 1st respondent to refer the petitioner to Medical Board.

2.On instructions from the client, who was personally available with the learned counsel throughout the Virtual Court proceedings, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner place her submissions before the Court.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that though the petitioner filed this petition for referring the matter to the medical board however the petitioner having retired from service on 31.3.2020, the prayer made in the petition has become infructuous. Hence this court may close the petition with liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is closed as nothing survives for further adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
