ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C and later altered into Section 306 of IPC in Crime No.97 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that initially, the FIR was registered in Crime No.97 of 2021 under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Hence, apprehension of arrest does not arise. Hence, he prays for dismissal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate petition if any apprehension of arrest arises in future. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above directions.
