Prabakaran v. Ilangeswaran

CRP(PD).No.4739 of 2013 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., By an order dated 17.02.2017, this Court disposed of CRP.No.4739 of 2013 with a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi, to dispose of the suit O.S.No.202 of 2010, within a period of three months.

2.Now, the learned Principal District Munsif, by a letter dated 05.12.2019 seeks extension of time more than three months on the ground that the copy of the order dated 17.02.2017 passed in the above CRP.No.4739 of 2013 was received by her only on 26.04.2019.

3.Having satisfied with reasons stated in the said letter of the learned Principal District Munsif, three months time is hereby is granted to enable the learned Principal District Munsif, Kallakurichi to dispose of the appeal.
