Aggrieved against the order passed by the Trial Court dismissing the petition filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. in Crl.M.P.No.9334 of 2023 by order dated 11.05.2023, the present petition is filed. 2.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed and FIR registered in Crime No.277 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 406 and 465 IPC. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and made an endorsement to that effect.

3.In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
