Heard Mr. P.Balathandayutham, Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third and Fifth Respondents and Mrs. N.Senthil Selvi, Learned Counsel appearing for the Fourth Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

There is no representation for the Petitioners when the matter is called at 10.40 a.m. and 01.06. p.m. today.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third and Fifth Respondents, on instructions, states that the road in the property has not 2/5

been laid by the First Respondent, but by M/s. PJR Blue Mettals, Chennai to whom the Petitioner has sold that property and in such circumstances, the Petitioners are not entitled to the relief as sought in the Writ Petition. 4.

In fine, the Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
