(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner is seeking directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to take action against the unauthorized construction put up by the fourth respondent in and around Flat Nos.1 and 3 in Block No. 62, Indira Colony, 3rd Street, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 600083, including the installation of the solar plant for commercial use.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 2 and 3 states that Stop Work notice has been issued to the fourth respondent on 10.7.2018.
