A.No.3334 of 2024 A.No.3334 of 2024 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., Mr.K.Balamurali, learned counsel representing for Mr.Shivakumar and Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the mandate of the Arbitrator expired, therefore, this application has been filed by the applicant for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator by another period of 6 months.
2. Ms.Vasudha Thiagarajan, learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for extension of the mandate.

This Court, upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent, who has no objection for extending the mandate and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the supporting affidavit of this application, is inclined to extend the Mandate of the Arbitrator by another period of six months.
4. Accordingly, this application is ordered. Consequently, the Mandate of the Arbitrator is extended for a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order by the learned Arbitrator from the Registry.
