When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the 1st and 2nd respondents submits that the impugned notice dated 07.03.2016 has been withdrawn on 08.06.2016. He further submits that a memo has been filed on 14.10.2020 to that effect.

2. Though the copy of the memo is not available in the bundle, the submission of the learned counsel for the 1st and the 2nd respondents stands recorded. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
