ORDER
Since no adverse Order has been passed against the sixth respondent, notice to him is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third Respondent to consider representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2024 requesting to survey and to issue Patta and chitta to petitioners agricultural land comprised in Survey No.13/4 situate at Neepalambattu Village, Jamunamarathur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District admeasuring an extent of 0.58 cents as per the revenue records within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that he owned the subject property by virtue of the Will dated 06.11.2020 executed by his father based on the partition deed dated 23.07.2020. After the death of his father, the petitioner approached the authorities to survey the land and for issuance of patta. But the same has not been considered by the respondents. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the fifth respondent and the neighbouring land owners and any other persons interested, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
