This petition is filed to direct the respondent, the Inspector of Police, Kizhkattalai All Women Police Station, Chennai - 600 117, to register the complaint dated 17.11.2013 in CSR.No.581/AWPS/2013 given by the petitioner and to take action against the person mentioned in the complaint and also to file a final report within a specified time.

2. Heard M/s.S.Murugeswari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. There was no representation for the petitioner on 24.04.2015 and therefore the matter was adjourned to 16.06.2015 finally. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the case has been registered in Crime No.23 of 2014 for offences under sections 498, 403 I.P.C.
