It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent/Police that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed on the file of the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai and the same was taken on file in C.C.NO.304 of 2025.
