Mr.P.P.Purushothaman, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondent to consider his representation dated 02.04.2018, wherein and whereby, he sought to rectify the mistakes crept in fixing the guideline value in respect of the property bearing Re.S.No.83/2, Uppuvellore Village, Vanoor Taluk, Villupuram District.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he made the representation on 02.04.2018, the same has not been considered by the respondent so far.

5. This Court at this stage is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondent to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.04.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
