These petitions have been filed to condone the delay in filing the petition for abatement, to set aside the abatement caused on account of the death of the first respondent and to bring the legal representatives of the deceased 4th and 23rd respondents on record.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances, all the petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment in the main petition and list the matter on 17.02.2021 for orders.
