Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned final key answers published by the respondent for written examination TNTET 2013, Paper -II, conducted on 18.08.2013 for direct recruitment of BT Assistance for Government School in respect of question No.2, 8, 18, 25, 78 & 107 in Booklet series Code 'D' is concerned and quash the same and direct the respondent to revise the final key answer and award 6 more marks in additions to the marks secured by the petitioner i.e. 89 out of 150 and call for the petitioner for certificate verification.
