ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.04.2026.

2. Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned Government's counsel, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3.

3. By consent of the parties, the main petition is taken up for disposal in the stage of admission itself.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in this case, the petitioner filed a representation dated 27.04.2026 before the official respondents, requesting them to cancel the UDR patta issued in favour of 4th respondent. However, the said representation was not at all considered by the official respondents till date. Hence, this petition.

5. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the petitioner's representation will be disposed of within a period of 12 weeks and hence, he requests this Court to pass appropriate orders.

6. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

7. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.04.2026 and after issuing notice to all the concerned parties, dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
