..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to correction the UDR Correction with issue patta in the favour of the petitioner in respect of the lands comprised in survey number 379/1A1 admeasuring to an extent of 1.41 acres, survey number 379/1A2 admeasuring to an extent of 1.86 3/4 acres, survey number 379/1A1 admeasuring to an extent of 34 cent and survey number 379/1A2 admeasuring to an extent of 5 cent in common patta No.180 in total an extent of 3.66 3/4 acres, situated at Mookkandapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner representation dated 19.11.2025.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 19.11.2025 before the respondents to make correction in the UDR and issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the lands comprised in survey number 379/1A1 admeasuring to an extent of 1.41 acres, survey number 379/1A2 admeasuring to an extent of 1.86 3/4 acres, survey number 379/1A1 admeasuring to an extent of 34 cent and survey number 379/1A2 admeasuring to an extent of 5 cent in common patta No.180 in total an extent of 3.66 3/4 acres, situated at Mookkandapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Mr.B.Pachaiyappan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2025, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight

(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
