The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 20 days in filing this Criminal Revision Petition against the order passed in M.P.No.513 of 2021 in M.C.No.271 of 2020, on the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, dated 11.03.2022.

2 The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the petition, are not satisfied. However, since the matter involved is regarding maintenance and in order to dispose the revision on merits, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, the condone delay petition is ordered.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the matter on 15.09.2022 "for final disposal".
