Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration, declaring that the Members of the Petitioner Association are entitled to pro-rata pension as per Pension Scheme 1995 dated 28/6/1995 and consequently direct the respondents to grant pro-rata pension to the petitioner Association for the years of service rendered by them with arrears of pension from the date of their voluntary retirement with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from the date it became payable.
