He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. Accordingly, A.No.3843 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn. 2.A.No.3921 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 385 days in filing the written statement of the defendants. 3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff has no objection for allowing this application.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
