A.No.3385 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole defendant in the above suit.

A.No.3386 of 2021 has been filed to permit the applicants / plaintiffs to bring the legal heirs of the sole defendant in this suit.

2.Mr.N.Baskaran, enters appearance for the proposed defendants. Mr.N.Baskaran, the learned counsel also says that he has already filed vakalat.

3.These applications are allowed.

4.The plaintiffs are hereby directed to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
