It is submitted that there are other appeals filed on the same set of facts and issue (W.A.Nos.1568 and 1570 of 2023) and are pending consideration before this Court.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 456 days in filing the appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed of.
