The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioners had complied with the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in para no. 5(b) and (c) vide Order dated 05.07.2024. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) also submits that the petitioners had complied with the condition of deposit in Crime No.46 of 2023 imposed by this Court.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and the fact that the petitioners had complied with the condition of deposit, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, hence no further order is necessary and other conditions vide order dated 05.07.2024 shall remain unaltered. 5.
