This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this application and accordingly, this application is allowed. The learned counsel for the plaintiff shall carry out the amendment and the amended plaint shall be filed after serving a copy to the learned counsel for the defendant before the next date of hearing.
