..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondents in Letter dated 11.01.2008 in validating the showcause notice dated 23.10.2007 with regard to the electronic trade and service station carried at the premises No.21/9, Besant Avenue Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, by quashing the same and consequently forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's right to carry on the trade and service activities at the afore mentioned premises.
