C.M.P.No.15865 of 2021 has been filed to permit the petitioner to file the Death Certificate of Maragatham and Sunder and Additional Evidence in support of his case.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents have some objection in allowing the above petition. It is seen that the document relied on by the petitioner was a Boggiam Agreement and the attesting witnesses are dead and by marking the death certificates of those two persons, no prejudice would be caused to the respondent.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. 5.Post the main case on 22.02.2023.
