Vellore District 6.Shyam Prabhu ..Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.4369/B4/2016 dated 15.02.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same; consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to work as Head Master of the 4th respondent School, without any disturbances whatsoever till her retirement. ORDER
This Writ petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.4369/B4/2016 dated 15.02.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same; consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue to work as Head Master of the 4th respondent School, without any disturbances whatsoever till her retirement.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had filed an appeal before the Joint Director, School Education on 28.03.2014 and the same is pending. He further submitted that he would be satisfied if this Court issues direction to the Joint Director, School Education Department to dispose of the Appeal within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.
3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the Joint Director, School Education Department before whom the appeal is pending is not made as a party to the writ petition. Hence, this Court may suo moto implead him as a party in the writ petition.
4. I have given my anxious consideration to the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
5. Considering the limited submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, The Joint Director, School Education Department is suo moto impleaded in the present writ petition and he is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
