The petition is filed to transfer M.C.O.P.No.95 of 2017 from Additional District Court, Ranipet to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Vellore District.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the Ranipet is also in Vellore Judicial District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. This being the factum, the petitioner has to approach the Principal District Judge for the purpose of transfer of cases by filing an appropriate petition. Thus, the present petition is not maintainable and accordingly, the TR.CMP.No.512 of 2020 dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
