This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 12.07.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16093 of 2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., on every Tuesday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
