Crl.M.P.No.9361 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.246 of 2016 R.SUBBIAH, J The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.M.P.No.3998 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.246 of 2016 dated 21.6.2016.

2. This Court, by an order dated 21.6.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.3998 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.246 of 2016, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Uthagamandalam, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioner has come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the said condition without any default.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the said condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Uthagamandalam, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petition is ordered accordingly.
