Respondents PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Declaration, declaring the respondents to operating a private road (via) petitioner land in Kolathur S.No.3/1, 4/2, 4/2B in which 7 cents without permission (or) sanction and without following due process of law are illegal, consequently direct the second respondent to pass appropriate action in the light of communication letter No.M4/42845/2013, dated 09.12.2013 forwarded by the first respondent to remove the encroachment by operation of Road in the petitioner lands.
