Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner / Appellant / A.1 and the Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for Respondent / Complainant.

2. According to the Petitioner / Appellant / A.1 he is abiding the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2036 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.150 of 2016 dated 06.04.2016 without any default till date.

3. At this stage, it is represented on behalf of the Petitioner / Appellant / A.1 that the Petitioner / Appellant / A.1 came out on bail on 14.04.2016 and from 15.04.2016 he is scrupulously abiding the conditions imposed by this Court without any default. This aspect of the matter is not disputed on behalf of the Respondent / Complainant.

4. Considering the fact that the Petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2036 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.150 of 2016 dated 06.04.2016 without any default, at this stage, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by ordering the

M.VENUGOPAL,J., ssd Petitioner/Appellant / A.1 to appear before the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Chennai on the First Working day of every month until further orders.

With the aforesaid observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
